What you'll cover

Every strand, paced to the year level and the state.

Classes follow the six Australian Curriculum strands, with the right local terminology for your state, "indices" for NSW, "pronumerals" throughout, and the assessment style your school uses. We mark every piece of work and keep a running checklist of what is solid and what is still fragile.

Number & Algebra

Integers, fractions and ratio, indices and surds, linear and quadratic algebra, financial mathematics with GST, recursion and the language of pronumerals.

Measurement & Space

Pythagoras and trigonometry, area, surface area and volume, transformations on the Cartesian plane, 3D coordinates, time zones, networks and graph theory.

Statistics & Probability

Data displays and sampling, the five-number summary and box plots, two-way tables, conditional probability, simulations and critical interpretation of claims.

Years 3, 5, 7 & 9

NAPLAN, prepared without the panic.

We build the underlying number sense and reasoning the tests actually assess, then rehearse the online format and timing so the assessment feels familiar rather than foreign. The goal is a confident student, not a coached one.

Years 11 & 12

Senior pathways, from General to Specialist.

VCE General Mathematics and Mathematical Methods, HSC Standard and Advanced, and the equivalents across QCE, WACE and SACE, including the signature senior topics: critical-path project networks, annuities and amortisation, and the financial modelling these courses are built on.
