Overview

This is a Mathematics-only question bank for the digital SAT, and it holds exactly 1,000 questions. 824 of them are sorted by the skill the test rewards, across the four tested domains, so a student can work at a weakness rather than at random. The remaining 176 are assembled into four complete timed papers of 44, each one two modules of 22 questions at 35 minutes, with the timer instruction printed on its own page before each module.

Every one of the 1,000 carries a full worked solution: the steps down the left, the reason for each step down the right, then why the method works and the trap the question was built around. All solutions sit after every question, in the last part of the book, so a student cannot read one before trying. The four domains are carried at the proportions of the real section, 35 / 35 / 15 / 15, and 24% of the bank is grid-in, against about 25% on the real test. The correct multiple-choice answer falls on A, B, C and D within two points of a quarter each, so there is no letter to guess.

Who it’s for

  • Students in Grade 12 and Grade 11 preparing for the Mathematics section of the digital SAT
  • Students who have finished a course and now need volume: 824 questions sorted by skill, then four papers under the clock
  • Parents who want practice that cannot be marked by reading the answer first
  • Anyone who wants every stated answer verified rather than asserted, and wants to be told how it was verified

Topics included

  • Algebra, five skills, 288 questions: linear equations in one variable, linear equations in two variables, linear functions, systems of two linear equations in two variables, linear inequalities in one or two variables
  • Advanced Mathematics, three skills, 288 questions: equivalent expressions, nonlinear equations in one variable and systems in two variables, nonlinear functions
  • Problem-Solving and Data Analysis, seven skills, 124 questions: ratios, rates and proportional relationships with units; percentages; one-variable data, distributions and measures of centre and spread; two-variable data, models and scatterplots; probability and conditional probability; inference from sample statistics and margin of error; evaluating statistical claims from observational studies and experiments
  • Geometry and Trigonometry, four skills, 124 questions: area and volume, lines and angles and triangles, right triangles and trigonometry, circles
  • Four complete timed papers, 176 questions: baseline, standard, upper band and full stretch, each two modules of 22 questions at 35 minutes
  • The front matter: how to use the bank, what is tested, the marking scheme and the contents
  • The solutions: the answer keys, then all 1,000 worked solutions, held back until every question has been asked

What your child will be able to do

  • Recognise which of the four domains a question belongs to, and reach for the method that domain rewards
  • Work a full module of 22 questions in 35 minutes without running out of time
  • Read a worked solution as an argument: the step on the left, the reason for it on the right
  • Name the trap a question was built around before falling into it
  • Enter a grid-in answer in a form the grid will actually accept

What’s inside

1,000 questions, exactly
824 sorted by skill across the four tested domains, plus 176 assembled into four complete timed papers of 44.
A worked solution for every one
The steps on the left, the reason for each step on the right, then why this works and the trap.
Solutions held back
All solutions sit after every question, so a student cannot read one before trying the question it belongs to.
Four timed papers
Each one two modules of 22 questions at 35 minutes, with the timer instruction printed on its own page.
Built to the real proportions
The four domains at 35 / 35 / 15 / 15, 24% grid-in against about 25% on the real test, and the correct choice within two points of a quarter on each of A, B, C and D.
Verified, then verified again
Every answer checked by computer algebra, 1,000 of 1,000, and every answer re-derived from scratch by three independent checkers.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an instant download?
Yes. The moment your payment is confirmed, your PDF unlocks on the confirmation screen and a secure download link is emailed to you. No waiting, no manual approval.
What format is the file?
Two typeset, print-ready A4 PDFs of 519 pages in nine parts: a Study edition for paper and a Screen edition for reading in the dark. Both arrive together in one download and open on any phone, tablet or computer.
What does it cover?
The Mathematics section of the digital SAT, and nothing else. The four tested domains are carried at the proportions of the real section, 35 / 35 / 15 / 15, across 824 questions sorted by skill, then four complete timed papers of 44.
Can a student read the answer before trying the question?
No. Every solution sits after every question, in the last part of the book, so nothing is visible on the page a student is working. The answer keys come first, then the 1,000 worked solutions.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Checkout accepts card, PayPal and wallets. Prices display and charge in US dollars.

Where it stops

This is a question bank, not a course. It drills the four tested domains and then tests them under the clock; it does not teach a topic from nothing. A student meeting a topic for the first time should start with the Field Guide for their year and come back to this.
